Terms of Use

Plain terms for this site and the digital products it offers. By using Rasa, you agree to what follows.

Adults only

This site is for adults aged 21 and over. By entering, you confirm you meet that age and agree to our Charter and content guidelines.

Acceptable use

Use Rasa for your own learning. Don’t scrape, attack, disrupt, or abuse the site; don’t use it to harass others or to break the law. We may restrict access if you do.

Digital products

Purchases are digital goods — guides, zines, and workshop seats. After payment, we email a secure link that expires and allows a limited number of downloads. No physical item ships.

Refunds

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. The exceptions: where the law requires a refund, or where a file is defective or genuinely inaccessible. If something’s wrong, write to hello@rasaanubhav.com and we’ll make it right.

Intellectual property

What you buy is licensed for your personal use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or republish it. The words and designs remain ours.

Limitation of liability

Rasa is educational, offered in good faith and “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for how the information is used or for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
